White Stain Remover is a water based cleaner used to remove efflorescence from block, mortar and concrete.  Exceeds VOC regulations in all states. Updated May 2007.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Basic Use:
To remove fresh efflorescence from concrete, mortar, stone and brick.  It:

Limitations: Keep off aluminum, chrome and painted surfaces.

Ground Shipping in the USA: Containers holding more than 1 liter (less than one quart) require federally mandated procedures for the driver, container and shipping papers.  See Cresset brochure "Ground Shipping" for details.

Composition:  A proprietary blend of very dilute phosphoric acid and surfactants.  Contains no silicones or carcinogens.

 

5. APPLICATION
Preparatory Work:
Scrape off heavy deposits of efflorescence.

Application: Brush, roll or dip the concrete with White Stain Remover.  It foams when it is working!  After about 10 minutes, rinse it off.  For heavy deposits, simply repeat.
 

6. AVAILABILITY AND COST
Availability:
White Stain Remover is available in 1 and 5 gallon containers; recyclable orange and white 55 gallon drums and 275 gallon MegaPaks. Contact Cresset Chemical Company for your nearest distributor.

Cost: The cost on hard, smooth surfaces is about $0.03 per square foot (January 2007).
 

7. LIMITED WARRANTY
Cresset Chemical Company warrants the product against defects in materials for a period of 1 year from purchase. If Cresset receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, Cresset at its option will either replace the product or refund the purchase price. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. CRESSET SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL CRESSET CHEMICAL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT) WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
